Hi Jenny,
Our fabric and paper materials are solid faced and yet thin enough to allow some light to come through. They will give you privacy however I would suggest getting samples to get an idea of how much light will come through. Both can adhere to a window however the fabric peel and stick will be a more straightforward application.
