My experience was awesome! Via chat I spoke with (name escapes me) customer service rep for an hour or so. He was very patient experienced and helpful in every way. My order was custom which made it a little tedious on my part. When my order arrived, very quickly I might add. It was in a cardboard tupe...no creases yay! I was in awe with the quality on the CANVAS. The image was 'spot on' like a painting. In fact my sister thought I painted it. The dimensions were perfect. I have plans for another order soon. I'm for real and not a paid spokesman. Lol

the experience was fantastic from beginning to end - from the customer service directly on your site, to actually delivery (which was much quicker than i expected), to the product itself. Installation was another matter - it was easy to do, we're just not pros, so i'm seeing a lot of air bubbles now, but i have already recommended your site to several other people. great job, folks!

It took me forever to settle on our final choice but it's up now and looks wonderful! I ordered a custom print from a photo, and they were able to take out the date which my camera added...without any trace of the numbers at all! I really expected it to be a shadow or something, but seriously, you can't tell at all! GREAT WORK!
