My experience was awesome! Via chat I spoke with (name escapes me) customer service rep for an hour or so. He was very patient experienced and helpful in every way. My order was custom which made it a little tedious on my part. When my order arrived, very quickly I might add. It was in a cardboard tupe...no creases yay! I was in awe with the quality on the CANVAS. The image was 'spot on' like a painting. In fact my sister thought I painted it. The dimensions were perfect. I have plans for another order soon. I'm for real and not a paid spokesman. Lol
